The Government of Nepal’s Garden of Dreams Development Board, operating under the Ministry of Education and Sports, has issued a notification of award to Deluxe Security Service Pvt. Ltd., Sukedhara-4, Kathmandu, for providing security guard services at the Garden of Dreams in Kaiser Mahal, Kathmandu. According to the official Letter of Acceptance dated Bhadra 28, 2083 BS, the board accepted the company’s sealed tender submitted on August 27, 2026, following the procurement process. The accepted contract price is Rs 2,632,796.04 (approximately Rs 2.63 million), as corrected in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The board has instructed Deluxe Security Service to contact its office and sign the formal contract agreement within seven days. The company must also submit a performance security guarantee of Rs 131,700 in the form of a bank guarantee, as required under the contract conditions. The notification states that failure to provide the performance guarantee and sign the agreement within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the company’s tender security.

The Letter of Acceptance was issued by Dimesh Karmacharya, Acting Executive Director of the Garden of Dreams Development Board, with copies forwarded to other security service companies involved in the procurement process. The document confirms the acceptance of the successful bid but does not establish that the formal contract has already been signed or that security services have commenced under the new agreement.
