The Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene has circulated a notice inviting officers working under the ministry and its subordinate bodies to participate in in-service training programmes organized by the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). The programmes are designed to strengthen the management and development capabilities of government officials and are being offered separately for gazetted second- and third-class officers or their equivalents.
For gazetted second-class or equivalent officers, NASC will conduct the Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD 3) for 40 working days beginning Bhadra 1, 2083. For gazetted third-class or equivalent officers, the Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD 5) will run for 32 working days beginning Bhadra 2, 2083. Applicants generally need to have completed at least three years of service by the end of Asar 2083, and the attached NASC notices require appointment-related documents and approval or nomination from the authorized official.
The Staff College notice says applications are to be registered through the prescribed Google Form, with participants selected according to the programme’s eligibility and nomination criteria. Each training group is planned for around 25 participants, and preliminary and final participant lists are to be published separately. The Health Ministry has asked interested eligible employees to submit the prescribed application by Shrawan 14, 2083, before 12:00 noon, so nominations can be processed in time.
