The Government of Nepal has published the shortlist for appointment to the vacant Executive Director position at the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). The selection is being conducted under the Executive Director Recommendation Criteria, 2083, following three rounds of application notices issued on Asar 9, Asar 24 and Bhadra 2, 2083.
After conducting a preliminary evaluation of the applications, the recommendation committee decided at its Bhadra 11 meeting that five applicants met the qualification requirements under Clause 4 of the criteria and were not disqualified under Clause 5. Their applications have therefore been accepted for the next stage of the selection process.
The shortlisted candidates are Aju Mishra, Gokarnamani Duwadi, Dillirām Sharma, Baburam Adhikari and Dr. Ram Prasad Ghimire. The notice states that the timetable for the shortlisted candidates’ presentation and interview will be published separately.
The notice was issued by the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration as part of the formal recommendation process for appointing new leadership at the country’s key public-sector training institution.
