The Industrial Enterprise Development Institute (IEDI) has announced a free Startup Training Programme aimed at individuals interested in creating and expanding enterprises based on innovative ideas, studies, research, inventions or other new concepts. The programme is designed for people seeking to convert ideas into commercially viable businesses and contribute to entrepreneurship and industrial development.
Applications are open from Chaitra 24, 2082 to Baisakh 6, 2083, while shortlisted applicants will be contacted on Baisakh 8. Participants will be required to present their business ideas on Baisakh 9 and 10 as part of the selection and training process. The minimum academic qualification is completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
The programme will run from Baisakh 13 to 15 under an “orientation programme,” followed by a bootcamp from Baisakh 16 to 24. Interested applicants can submit their applications through the institute’s designated online form or email channel.
The initiative is part of IEDI’s effort to strengthen Nepal’s startup ecosystem by helping prospective entrepreneurs develop practical business concepts, refine their ideas and gain the skills needed to launch new ventures.
