The Ministry of Finance has issued the Supplementary Grant Related Second Amendment Procedure, 2083, amending the earlier procedure of 2081. The amendment has been made using the authority provided under Section 10(5) of the Intergovernmental Fiscal Management Act, 2074.
The amendment revises provisions related to supplementary grant projects submitted by provincial and local governments. It updates rules on proposals, project prioritization, cost estimates and recommendations to the National Planning Commission.
The document also replaces some terms in the original procedure, including changes related to “project cost estimation,” and removes certain provisions from the earlier procedure.
