The Government of Nepal has officially changed the name of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport to the Ministry of Infrastructure Development.
According to the notice, the decision was made by the Council of Ministers on 2083/01/30. The change was published in the Nepal Gazette, Part 5, Section 67, Additional Issue 12, on 2083 Baisakh 30.
The notice states that, as per the Government of Nepal Work Division Rules, 2083, the ministry’s name has been changed and published for the information of all public bodies and the general public.
