The Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) has announced applications for participation in its Professional Course on Management and Development (PCMD) training program, aimed at strengthening the managerial and professional capacity of public sector officials.

According to the notice issued on June 13, 2026 (Jestha 29, 2083), applications are open to Gazetted Third-Class Officers and equivalent officials working in ministries, constitutional bodies, provincial governments, security agencies, public institutions and other government entities.

The training will be conducted in four batches:

PCMD 1: July 19 – August 21, 2026
PCMD 2: August 16 – September 18, 2026
PCMD 3: September 13 – October 16, 2026
PCMD 4: October 11 – November 13, 2026

Applicants must submit a copy of their appointment letter and a recommendation letter from the authorized office head through the designated online registration form.

To be eligible, participants must have completed at least three years of service by the end of Ashar 2083 and should not have attended a similar service-entry training program during the previous two years. Selection will be made through a quota-based system, and successful candidates will be grouped according to training capacity.

The college stated that participation in the training is mandatory for selected officials. While the training itself will be provided free of cost, participants will not receive daily travel allowances from the college. Preliminary and final selection lists will be published through NASC’s official website.

The application deadline is July 4, 2026 (Ashar 20, 2083), with the preliminary selection list scheduled for publication on July 13 and the final list on July 16, 2026.
