The Nepal Hajj Committee under the Ministry of Home Affairs has extended the deadline for Nepali Muslims wishing to participate in Hajj 2027 (Hijri 1448). The committee said Saudi Arabia has allocated Nepal a quota of 1,200 pilgrims for the upcoming Hajj.
The committee had earlier published a notice on Bhadra 3, 2083, inviting applications from interested Nepali Muslims, with the original deadline set for Asoj 1, 2083. As some places under the quota remain available, the committee has reopened and extended the application period.
According to the latest notice, eligible Nepali Muslim pilgrims who missed the earlier deadline can submit their applications from Asoj 2 to Asoj 31, 2083 (October 17, 2026). Further information is available from the Nepal Hajj Committee Secretariat at Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, through the contact details provided in the official notice.
