The Ministry of Home Affairs has invited eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of “Supply and Delivery of Stationery and Miscellaneous Goods” under a national competitive bidding process. According to the Invitation for Bids published on September 3, 2026, the procurement will follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under bid reference MoHA/G/NCB/083-084/01.
Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents from the Ministry of Home Affairs at Singhadurbar upon submission of a written application, a copy of the company or firm registration certificate and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 3,000. Documents will be available for purchase until September 23, while a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM on September 11 at the ministry.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the ministry by 12:00 PM on September 24, 2026, with bids scheduled to be opened at 1:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline and must be accompanied by a minimum bid security of Rs 250,000, valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
