Home Ministry Invites Bids for Toner Cartridge Supply, Sets Rs 55,000 Bid Security

The Ministry of Home Affairs has invited eligible bidders to submit sealed hardcopy bids for the supply and delivery of toner cartridges under the National Competitive Bidding system. The tender, published on September 8 under reference MoHA/G/NCB/083-084/02, will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

Interested bidders can purchase bidding documents from the ministry at Singhadurbar by submitting a written application, a copy of their company or firm registration certificate and a non-refundable fee of Rs 3,000. Documents will be available until September 28, while a pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the ministry for 1:00 PM on September 10.

Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on September 29 and will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline and must include a minimum bid security of Rs 55,000, valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
