The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has published a notice asking selected candidates to appear for appointment as board members of Nepal Airlines Corporation.
According to the notice, applications were invited through a public notice published in Gorkhapatra on 2083/01/12 under Section 4 of the Nepal Airlines Corporation Act, 2019. A total of 27 candidates had submitted applications within the deadline.
After completing the selection process, including evaluation of academic qualification and experience, business action plan assessment, presentation and interview, the selection committee recommended candidates for appointment. Based on the recommendation, the minister decided on 2083/01/31 to appoint five candidates.
The selected candidates are Dr. Dipak Prasad Bastola, Prabin Bhattarai, Maheshwar Bhakta Shrestha, Rupa Lamichhane, and Lilaraj Dhakal. They have been asked to visit the ministry within seven days to receive their appointment letters.
