The Ministry of Home Affairs has published the district-wise CPAS performance results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2082/83, ranking all 77 districts according to their performance submissions and approved indicators. The assessment carries a full score of 18.25, with 51 items listed as eligible for upload. Manang secured first place with 18 points, followed by Myagdi with 17.875 points, while Bhaktapur and Rasuwa jointly ranked third with 17.625 points each.

Makwanpur and Syangja jointly followed with 17.5 points, while Nuwakot, Eastern Rukum and Rupandehi each scored 17.375. Other relatively strong performers included Kaski, Jhapa, Doti, Nawalparasi East and Bardiya. The three-page result sheet records each district’s number of uploaded, approved, pending and rejected submissions alongside its final score, providing a comparative picture of district-level administrative performance during the quarter.

At the lower end of the ranking, Ilam stood 75th with 8.375 points, Kathmandu ranked 76th with 2.5 points, and Dhanusha finished 77th with 1.6875 points. The large variation in scores reflects differences in the number of performance items uploaded and approved under the assessment system during the reporting period.
