Kathmandu — The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has issued a public notice regarding the “Zero Pending File Week” campaign, requesting citizens to report if their files or official work remain unresolved.
According to the notice, from Jestha 30, 2083 to Ashadh 6, 2083, all government offices are observing “Zero Pending File Week” with the goal of clearing pending files and improving public service delivery.
Citizens whose files or applications have remained pending without action are encouraged to submit complaints directly to the Prime Minister’s Office through the official grievance portal “Gunaso” or by calling the toll-free number 1111.
The government has stated that the campaign aims to ensure faster service delivery, accountability, and efficient handling of public concerns by reducing unnecessary delays in government offices.
People are requested to actively participate by reporting unresolved issues so that concerned authorities can take immediate action and improve governance.
