The action plan emphasizes digital governance and administrative modernization by expanding online public services, introducing integrated digital identity systems, strengthening e-governance, and improving coordination among government agencies. It also proposes reducing bureaucratic delays, simplifying service procedures, enhancing accountability, and ensuring faster decision-making at federal, provincial, and local levels. Major reforms are also planned in public procurement, revenue administration, and project implementation processes to improve efficiency and transparency.
In the economic sector, the government plans to create a more investment-friendly environment through policy reforms, simplified approval systems, and support for industries, startups, SMEs, tourism, energy, agriculture, and infrastructure projects. The document also includes reforms in education and healthcare, such as improving digital learning systems, strengthening public hospitals, modernizing universities, and expanding technology-based services.
