Home Ministry Launches ‘Hello Griha Call Center’ to Receive Public Complaints and Suggestions

Summary:

The Ministry of Home Affairs has introduced the Hello Griha Call Center to collect public complaints, grievances, and suggestions and improve service delivery through a more transparent, accountable, and responsive system.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), Nepal, has announced the establishment of the Hello Griha Call Center as part of its efforts to strengthen public service delivery and improve communication with citizens.

According to the ministry, the call center has been set up under the Complaints Management Section to systematically receive, record, and address public complaints, grievances, and suggestions related to the ministry’s functions and services. The initiative aims to make government services more effective, transparent, accountable, and responsive.

Citizens can submit their concerns and feedback through multiple channels provided by the ministry. These include a toll-free hotline (1112), email (gunaso@moha.gov.np), WhatsApp (9851360603), and a QR code-based online registration system for complaints and suggestions.

The ministry has encouraged the public to utilize these platforms to communicate issues, grievances, and recommendations directly to the concerned authorities, helping improve governance and service delivery.
