According to the notice, Nepal has been allocated a total of three scholarship seats in the field of International Law. Of these, one seat is available for Bachelor’s level studies, while two seats are available for Master’s level studies, including one seat reserved for a female candidate.

Applicants must have appeared in and been included in the rank/merit list of the most recent entrance examination conducted by a recognized law faculty or institution. Selection will be made on the basis of the merit ranking obtained in that examination.

Interested candidates can submit their applications to the Scholarship Branch, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, from Asar 10 to Asar 16, 2083 (June–July 2026). Applicants are required to submit a completed application form, citizenship certificate, academic transcripts and certificates, merit/rank verification documents, and equivalency certificates where applicable.

The ministry stated that only candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and documentation requirements will be considered for nomination under the scholarship programme. The application form and detailed guidelines have been attached along with the notice.
