The Ministry of Education and Sports has published an invitation for sealed quotations from registered contractors for the construction of trust and flooring works at the ministry premises in Singha Durbar, Kathmandu.
The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,287,778.50, excluding VAT and contingencies. Interested bidders can obtain quotation forms from the ministry’s office or download them through the e-GP system after paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 27 May 2026, 12:00 noon, either by hand or through the e-GP system. The quotations will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders’ representatives. The bid validity period is 45 days, and the bid security amount is Rs. 39,500.
