The Ministry of Education and Sports, through its Educational Consultancy Service and Certification Branch, has issued a supplementary notice regarding the renewal of institutions providing educational consultancy, language teaching, language testing and preparation classes. The notice follows an earlier renewal announcement published on Asar 22, 2083 and reflects provisions introduced under the Educational Consultancy, Language Teaching and Preparation Classes (Operation and Management) Rules, 2083.

Under the revised fee structure, an educational consultancy’s central office must pay Rs 25,000 for renewal, while each branch office must pay Rs 20,000. The renewal fee for preparation classes, language testing services and language teaching services is Rs 5,000 each.

The ministry has also extended the deadline for submitting online renewal applications from Shrawan 4 to Shrawan 9, 2083. Institutions whose documents are verified must use the system-generated voucher number to pay the applicable renewal fee through the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) by Shrawan 14, 2083.
