The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) has issued an invitation for bids for the procurement of sanitary services under national competitive bidding procedures. The notice, published on August 3, 2026, states that eligible bidders can download bidding documents free of charge and submit their applications electronically through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office’s e-GP system.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14 at 12:30 PM at the OPMCM in Singhadurbar, Kathmandu. Interested bidders must submit their electronic bids by 12:00 PM on August 24, 2026, while bids will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day in the presence of representatives who wish to attend.
The bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date and must be accompanied by a minimum bid security of Rs 90,000, valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period, until October 21, 2026. If the submission deadline falls on a government holiday, the next working day will be treated as the final date, while the original bid and security validity periods will remain unchanged.
