The Ministry of Education and Sports has issued a press release after documents submitted in the name of Balmiki Vidyapeeth, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu for study visa recommendations were found to be false.

According to the ministry, letters numbered 3628 dated 2083/01/14 and 7735 dated 2083/02/06, along with attached documents, were examined and found to be fake. Based on this, the ministry has requested the Department of Immigration not to move ahead with any further visa-related process for foreign nationals recommended through those documents.

The ministry has also requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to conduct a serious investigation and take necessary action against the person or institution involved in submitting the forged documents.

The ministry has urged all concerned individuals and institutions to remain alert against such fake documents and to closely monitor suspicious activities related to study visa recommendations.
