Summary:

The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has requested ministries, commissions, and government offices to nominate eligible first-class gazetted officers for the 52nd Senior Executive Development Programme (SEDP) to be conducted by the Nepal Administrative Staff College.

The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, through its Human Resource Management Section, has informed government ministries, commissions, secretariats, and provincial offices about the nomination process for the 52nd Senior Executive Development Programme (SEDP) organized by the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

According to the notice, NASC is set to conduct the 52nd batch of the Senior Executive Development Programme (SEDP) beginning on Shrawan 25, 2083 (August 2026). The programme is intended for first-class gazetted officers of the Government of Nepal and aims to strengthen leadership, management, and executive-level administrative capabilities.

Government agencies have been requested to nominate eligible officers—preferably Joint Secretaries or officers of equivalent rank—based on seniority. Nominations must include updated Personnel Information System (PIS) details and be submitted within the prescribed deadline through the designated official email channel.

The programme will accommodate 25 participants, and ministries and agencies have been asked to submit the names, contact details, office addresses, and email information of nominated officers. Public holidays occurring during the training period will be managed according to the programme calendar provided by NASC.

The notice also states that the nomination form and training calendar have been attached for the convenience of participating institutions.
